If she truly loves you she would love it if you spend time with her and then whatever you decide to get her will be more meaningful. If shower with gifts early on then it looks like you saying look I have money and I don't know what to do with it. Instead, spend some time with her etc.

Start with a small amount until you know that you love her, then you can increase the spending a bit more.
Make sure she does not think that you are a cheapo because that is very dangerous. You have to spend the right amount.
Do surprise her with gifts every once in while

Whatever you feel that you want to spend on her.... but I wouldn't spend more than 20 bucks or even that if the you just started dating her unless you wanted to get her flowers and don't ever complain to her about spending money on her either! Please don't ever complain about spending money on a girl.

As much as you want but keep in mind that if you spend to much you might spoil her and if you spend too little she'll think you're mean. Beware of GOLD DIGGERS
