You want to create spyware to pass to another person's computer? That's ILLEGAL.
Secondly, if you want an anti-spyware, Windows Defender or Ad-Aware. You can use Yahoo! Search or google either one of them.

You mean send spyware to other people's computers? You'd have to make it first, plus its probably illegal in some way anyway.
