The whole idea of the video file format is to make it compressed. You will find that many JPG files don't compress much either. The only reason to use WinZip for normally compressed files, is so you can keep them together like a folder.

You don't need to zip it, or email either. Just upload the video file (MPEG, WMV, MOV, or whatever type you have) at http://www.sendspace.com/ You can give the links to whoever you're sending it to so they can download it from there, saves email inbox space as well!

Try megaupload.com............... ithing yr problem will be solved. It will definitely take a long time but still u can send files of sizes more than 10 mb. i dont remember the upper limit but i am sure its in some Gb's. SO go ahead afterall u need to share yr video..................

If you and the person you want to send it to both have msn messenger, you can transfer pretty big files there. (or try Yahoo messenger?)
If the vid is real big, consider mailing a CD assuming you have a mailing addy.
