Chevy is correct, the earth is a closed system, the water cannot get out. It can be combined with other molecules to make it harder to get to. In that case we would turn to Desalination to take the salt out of sea water. Arabic countries already have huge plants to do this. The short answer is we will never run out of water it just may become more difficult to access at a fast enough rate to provide for an increasing population. But that will not be for a very long time. How to slow the process of creating complex molecules from water so that we cannot recover it easily is a more complicated question.
