can anyone give me information abt FM transmitters

Unless you spend more than $30.00 the transmission is not strong enough to sound good enough. If you are trying to play an iPod or Mp3 player in your car, it is probably best to get a cassette converter that allows a cable to supply the music source for your car's system.

You insert a cassette that has a small cord coming out of it into your player and you connect the cord to your player and away you go.

I recently purchased an iRiver FM transmitter that plugs in to the cigarette lighter (AFT-100). It works great,,, much better than a cassette adapter. You can adjust it to any frequency and it has 3 storage positions to remember which frequency you want to use.

I purchased it at newegg.com for $37.99.
