See if she'd be up for a threesome. That way you can stay with her and screw other chicks too!

Have your GF see her Dr. about these PMS mood swings, usally he could give or recomend something to help with them. And whatever you do, take some time before the whole marrage thing. It's not something to take lightly, and if you all keep splitting up, it more then likely won't work out. As for getting over her, sometimes getting over someone you love is impossible. I still love an ex of mine and think of him daily, and I have been married for 5 years. Good luck in whatever you decide!

You never really stop loving someone, you will always have feelings for the person/ people you let that close in your life.
If you are trying to get over her and move on in your life then keep busy do other things, give yourself time to heal.
Maybe it doesn't have anything to do with PMS, My boyfriend and I fight off and on, it doesn't have anything to do wither or not its that time of month.
The two of you need to talk, sit and honestly talk about everything and look at how the two of you treat one another on a daily basis, and stop putting the blame on PMS, and take responsibility for your own actions.
good luck

Take her to see a doctor. She needs help with all this PMS stuff. If you love her, then don't leave. Stay and help her with this situation.

ask yourself if you are better off with her or without her. if you don't feel good about yourself when you are with her, then it is time to end it. It may be painful for a while, but keep busy with friends, activities, volunteer and just remind yourself that you are doing this so that you will feel better about yourself. It gets easier day by day. good luck

Disappear when she's about to go postal. Then reappear at the all clear. Good excuse to go on a drinking binge with your buddies.

If you love her tell her the truth. "I love you but dont you think its unfair to our relationship to keep going through this" If she reacts in a way that displeases you think about if its worth your happiness to continue to go through that. Good Luck and follow your heart.

I know you love her but you need to do what is right for you. I know that its hard but you have to answer yourself this question: are you willing to go thru this every month?
if the answer is NO than you need to do what is right for you and let her go. i know its going to be hard but you need to make yourself happy before you can make anyone else happy
