That question is far to broad to answer seriously. But in all seriousness, you hear it every time you turn on the news, the T.V. , the radio, see a magazine or newspaper, a billboard etc.. In other words, we are constantly bombarded with propaganda. Even while you stand around the water cooler at work it is being spewed out faster than the water drops. It's passed from the sources to the media and from the ears and mouths of the listeners to the ears and mouths of anyone within hearing range.
re: chicagoan answer "...Michael Moore..."

Every minute of every day- I work in the media, so I know what I'm saying. The media exists to sell audiences to advertisers.
When you look down any city street, you'll see half a dozen recognizable logos. The media imprints you with logo identities, and you spot them from a distance, like a friends face in the crowd. From clothing to cars to your coffee cup, you are surrounded by the propaganda of advertising.

That depends on which media you listen to -- some are much worse than others -- often they don't realize that their bias shapes their reporting -- you'd be crazy to believe anything you hear on TV or read in newspapers without checking the facts yourself.

EVERYTIME you tune into FOX News (but it's not only 'propaganda', it's out-and-out lies).
Most times when you tune into any other 'news' program.
Thousands of times a day when you see commercials or advertising for virtually any products.
