The last thing they want is a state where they have to run their own affairs. (That's why they turn it down everything its offered).
Do you think these guys care about things like setting up schools, public libraries, water treatment plants, post offices … all the dull day-to-day stuff that a government is supposed to do.
They're much more interested in the "fun" stuff like extorting money from Western countries and the eternal jihad against the Jews.

I suppose that it could, but the Palestinians are more interested in wiping out Israel than anything else. We true Bible believers know that Israel will never be wiped out, because Jehovah, the God of the Jew and the Christian will not allow it to happen.
