well if you are a male it is normal, I'm 25yr male and covered in body hair i thought something was wrong when i was younger but i was just going though the change, and it means that you have plenty of testosterone and are healthy.

Do not worry .It is normal.Some times small pullings on those small hairs will give you kick effect.

i used to - i noticed it when i was pregnant and they were under my nose! So i got hair removal cream and they come back thinner each time - i guess one day they'll never come back!
