That depends on the person. Everyday, I wake up, go outside and thank God for another day. Cleanse my body, inside and out. Turn on the news to see what happened around me while I was asleep. Get dressed for work. Give them the best 10 hours of my day. Go home. Go bike riding or walking. Watch tv. Eat dinner. Take a shower. Watch Sanford and Son, Bernie Mac and That 70's Show and go to bed. Same thing the next day.

What is normal?
I go from early morning to after dark every day working at my businesses.

We all do it the same, we all do it the same way.
I know americans cook food and go shopping.
We both fancy a pint and clean our homes.
The difference is that the British stop for tea time!!!!
