I am not an expert on pregnancy, but have read a bit about blood sugar, which if imbalanced can cause a lot of difficulties with lots of different functions of the human body.

Eating a diet that stresses protein (poultry and fish are best, unless you are a vegetarian and then soy is very good), low glycemic carbohydrates (look up a glycemic index) and good fat (olive oil for cooking, almonds or peanuts for snacking), may ease you during this stressful time.

I am sure the doctors have given you some advice on what activities to avoid, and to consider resting whenever possible.

Best wishes.

If you are pregnant, bedrest and minimal movement. See your doctor and have his/her number on speed dial. If not pregnant, get into healthy state - right weight, right meals, attitude, etc. Once you are pregnant you might consider with your doctor - hospitization for required observation and immediate intervention to keep pregnancy and go to term.

Don't understand the question. If you had a miscarriage why are you checking to see if you're still pregnant?
