Out of mint coins either modifed by a private company or minted by them.

If it is real silver then it is worth silver value if not it is worthless.

I don't know what your question is, but the US never minted any coins with any Pope on them. It must be one of those "Franklin Mint" collector coins that they sell on late night TV or advertise in the backs of magazines. The eagle and the patriotic bit sounds about right, but the two sides are not really related in any official way. I guess the manufacturers thought their target clients would like both of those things, the Pope and patriotism.
