You can also try printing to PDF.
Go to File...Print...and you should be able to choose PDF instead of your current printer. If you have your Properties set to print in colour, your PDF will be generated the same as what would have printed out.

the create pdf link doesn't always work properly in my experience. trying printing the file to pdf. that's what i do. select print from the drop down menu and then change the printer selection to adobe pdf. then you can also play with the properties and get what you want.

Open in Illustrator. I doubt you've this app, yet once you've Pitstop, which will provide help to edit all aspects on your pdf. in case you take advantage of Photoshop, the entire record will pick to be rasterized, which will make any style or trademarks that you're utilising seem very fuzzy

I use the free version of the program called CutePDF Writer. When I want to print, I select "print" and choose 'CutePDF Writer' as the printer, and print. Then a window comes up where you name your .pdf file in the directory you choose. It's very easy to install, and even easier to use. Check it out here: http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp
