Is it possible to be charming,but not pretty?

I guess I asked the question wrong.I meant is it possible to have a charming face but is not quite pretty but fair looking

OFCOURSE ITS POSSIBLE !! .... u can have this kind of carisma when u walk into a room or somthin u gotta attract all the attention even if ur not pretty.... ;)

yea anyone can be nice or charming no matter what they look like. do not let people say you look bad, people are just mean sometimes.
