what should i do?

I have been working in a shopping mall for about a month as a trainee. i being put in a department that i never expected.i thought it was a good start for me. but i was wrong.now i really hates this department and all people dislike me as i heard someone told me.i really do not know what to do.even my leader also complain about me .ieverytime i go work i feel like want to die.but got no choice. cannot resign just like that because fail to get new job. i always go back early. the benefit of this job that i have is i can finish job early and the salary is good as is higher than previous job.i do not know whether i can ask for change.but my colleague ask for change after 3-4 months.i trying to adapt but i really could not.please advise.

Try to develop a positive attitude. From what I can gather is that you may have personality problems that prevent you from getting along with your co-workers and superiors.
Do some retrospective observations. Even in a job that sucks, there are people you can get along with.
Hang in there. The people that do their job, don't complain, and get along with others are the ones that get promoted and are recommended for better jobs and have good references. Check it out to see if it is you, not the job.
