If you mean, je ne se qua (I believe that's the right spelling...it's been a few years), it means "I don't know what."

It's actually a French phrase, Je ne sais quoi, which means "I don't know what."

The other answerers are right in their translations; the way it's used is to allude to mystery or a style that can't be duplicated.

My understanding of what repent means, is to change ones direction. Morally, ethically, mentally, emotionally, etc. To repent means to understand the natural consequences of what the life you are currently living will produce, and choose to change your direction. Another scriptural reference which is asking you to do the same thing, is when Paul says for us to have the same Mind in us that was in Christ Jesus. That is my understanding. Peace and Namaste!

"Je ne se que" that term, as I understand it, is a french way of saying...."I don't know what"
Almost like saying..."You have a certain quality that I can't explain."
Je is french for "I"
Ne is french for "not', or "don't"
Sais is french for "know"
Quoi is french for "what"
