Follow the easy steps to renew the subscription. You will have to pay it every year if you want to keep the service. There are other on line services that will do the same thing for free. You might want to visit komando.com she has some links to free downloads

I used Norton for a number of years but about two years ago decided to g to a product called Avast. It's free for personal use and I have had no problems since I started using it.

Renew the product. If you have experienced carefree operation of your computer because of the security in place, then it makes sense to pay the price. Unfortunately, these days protection always has a price.

well you can do several things. you can renew. You can delete program from computer and then go to goggle and get thier google package and reinstall it for 6 months or searcg free antivirus programs on internet. Yahoo and aol also have one included in thiers if you have them as a provider. I would delete current one and reinstall with google.

The subscription is good for a year. Once it runs out you have to re-subscribe. If you don't pay they unleash the hoarde of viruses they've been holding back all year. You'll be sorry then. They have you by the short hairs.

correct...you must renew to continue to get the updates to the program and keep your computer safe from new threats and viruses. If you do not renew, it will block your current program from being updated and eventually you run the risk of new trojan or virus attacking your computer because it's not protected.

You either pay the fee for their inferior product, or try a better, less expensive one!

You should renew the subscription. I know that it is a lot of money, but it is worth it!
