Do you want names that work in both Japanese and English? Here are a few:

(With a Japanese romaji verison first, then the common English spelling, if it's different from the Japanese)

Mari/Marie

Risa/Lisa

Ami/Amy

Erika

Naomi

Runa/Luna (though I'm not sure how common it is, I do know a Japanese girl with that name)

Hmm...that's all I can think of right now.
You could also check out some of the online sites for baby names, they'll give you the meanings as well (like http://www.babynamesworld.com/ )

I knew someone named Mirika. She is Japanese, though I don't know if the name is Japanese too.
