You can't without getting an exam from a doctor, and tests done.

Unless you are a doctor, YOU DON'T KNOW, so get yourself OVER to the clinic to get checked out !!!
You don't want to mess with a hernia OR for god's sake--cancer! Like one is the lesser of two evils?
In fact, since you asked US this question, you obviously aren't smart enough to cross the street by yourself--please find the corner policeman and ask him to hold your hand and walk you across.

That is really a dumb question....the way you worded it. The two are not related!!! Go to a doctor.....why would you ask something like this on a Yahoo web site????? DUH!!!
