If the site were dealing with the transaction (and presumably taking a commission) and the caravan has been sold (as evidenced, perhaps, by someone using it), then you should contact the site owner and make enquiries. If there was finance involved, then it might take a little while for that to be sorted out but basically, if you put your property in the hands of an agent (the site owner) and they have sold it, then you should get your money (less fees and commisssion) as soon as they receive payment and it has cleared through their bank.

Have you passed on the caravan?
If so the chances of seeing your money are pretty slim.

as soon as possible, dont take your add off the website until you have seen some cleared deposit or full payment has been cleared.
read that web site for any help regarding delays in payments.

i would seven days is a generous amount of time to allow before receiving payment in full - you could requeste a deposit in the first three days to guarantee that the buyer is interested and not a time waster
