The question is , I started work at minimum wage working 40 hours a week, will i get in trouble if i draw a couple more unemployment checks while i am still working full time? will they catch me?

Odds are they will never catch you but be careful. There is a fraud penalty if caught and they will prosecute. I have yet to hear anyone getting caught.

Odds are low but if you get caught not only will you have to repay the funds you received through fraudulent means but you could face jail time and be denied any future legitimate unemployment claims for a specified period of time (years). Is it really worth it?

Wow,..someone who is actualy concerned over something like this..You must not be a liberal..And no idea but i would do the right thing and let em know u have an honest job now

Good chance of getting caught. I'd try it , only get fine if caught. But only 2.

While yes, the odds are you will never be caught, but if you are, this is fraud and you can be fined and even jailed.

It's possible so I think I would stop drawing such checks if I were you.
