it's not always about size, or duration, it's all about knowing what your doing. Let them know your willing to take directions, sometimes it can be the best for both if you just talk a little more during and leave the guessing for amateurs
women are like deasel engines it takes awhile to get them warmed up but once you do they can go for a long long long time

It depends on the woman and the situation. If there is not a lot of time because you are doing it at a rest area late at night and do not want to interrupted than fast is good. If you are at home on a lazy Saturday and have nothing better to do than explore all day in bed than slow is better.

Im thinking about a good ten to fifteen minutes. but its not just important how long the duration but what you do so practice some different positions that pleases her if you cant last that long.
