Chemistry. Women are attracted to men whom they feel attracted to. Looks, money, power, etc. are all strong aphrodesiacs but the feel of attraction goes straight to a woman's heart. Of course it depends on what the girl is after as well. Women want what they can't have. That's why "bad boys" are so attractive to good-looking women. Women want to "change" the bad guy into what they perceive him to be. Unattainable+chemistry = attractiveness.

Different men attract different women. Being a woman, for me it would be a man being honest with himself so that he can be honest with me. A man with a plan. Without goals what do you have to look forward to? The list could go on and on but that is a beginning for you.

Women subconsciously want a man with the best genes that they can combine their own genes with. Hence intelligence, strength, and attractiveness. Also important, although not necessary directly linked to the quality of the man's genes, is his ability to provide for the woman's offspring (i.e. socio-economic status is important). All things being equal, women want a man who is very pulchritudinous and very rich.

I personally love a man's eyes and smile. I love tall men and men with a great sense of humor. Honesty and confidence are attractive as well.

Men who are light-hearted and who does not take his work problems out on a woman. Someone who can have a little fun, and not be uptight all the time. Someone who comes up to us, and holds our hand without us asking him to... surprise hugs, looks are not as important if the guy is really genuine and passionate.
