Not always. But I did have meditation sessions that lead to such an experience. I could see myself sitting in my chair, with not a single mirror in the room.

Just in my dreams. Sometimes I'm viewing myself doing things in my dreams just like when I watch a movie but if you want to know whether I can see myself as others see me, no I could never do that.

Yes, i am sure I can. I contantly observe myself all the time as I observe with deep facination and intense interest the wrold I live in. This is the rational way.
People are also known to be able to observe themselves less rationally. In terms of Parapsychology, this can be called an out-of-body- experience: an experience in which a person is able to see himself or herself as if he or she were actually out of physical body - it could be in form of floating around, or just standing next to himself or herself.
Note: - There is no scientific proof or rational explanation for these phenomena but there are detailed accounts of such experience, both in spiritual and pagan ritualistic contexts, available throughout human history from all cultures of the world. Even if someone has an ability to perform this act there is no sound reason for anyone to go out of his or her mind in an effort to understand the ununderstandable!
In terms of reason and rationality however to be able to observe yourself is a well studied and recorded mental trait in human Psychology. It is in fact a part and parcel of our life. It is as necessary and common to us the act of breathing – we do this all the time but hardly notice it. We do this do with such absorption that we hardly observe ourselves observing.
We all develop a sense of our own existence through our experience of living with other people. We are always curious about what people think about us. We learn to think from other's perspective. We ask - how do I look like? Do I look ok? We do this for our own good. For without being able to observe ourselves we would be completely and utterly lost in the events that take place all around us all the time.
It is also possible to develop this ability further psychologically and benefit from its huge potential. The people around us, or our environment in general, acts like grand virtual mirror. We use this sense or this ability to keep ourselves in top-notch form, we better ourselves using this reflective feedback we receive all the time.
This is a kind of reflexive observation. We observe people around us, and this observation is not subjective, we do not observe others just because there are there. We observe to know and find out where we are, and how we are. How good, beautiful and strong or weak we are.
We use this powerful, constant and essential ability of our mind to make sense of this world from our personal perspective. The more we look around the better we learn about ourselves. And we inside believe that if we experience many things out there and see many things in the world we will be better, stronger and wiser person. This is true, but all will be more interesting if we know that all we see is ourselves, all around, in various shapes, forms and conditions.

Yes. I often do that in many diffrent situations because I know myself and the movements I frequently make really well, and I've also been modeling for my elder sister so I know how each pose looks thanks to the pictures. (She wants to become a photographer and is really good at it)

That would have to be an "out of body experience." No, I do not have that ability. We never see ourselves as others see us.
