How is Globalisation good and how is it bad from the perspective of poor countries?

It's just a mechanism for big business to get even richer by exploiting the people.

It is probably fairer than politics are today.
Global firms want to make money and at present a lot are exploiting people but we have to bear in mind that whilst they are paying peanuts to their workers that is a lot more than they were getting.
As global companies take over from politics they will compete with each other and better terms of employment will be needed to keep their workforces. A number of these companies are building hospitals, schools and other facilities for their workers.
It should be a force for good.
A note of caution though. Many global companies are bigger and have far more money than the vast majority of countries out there. Where politicians abuse the world these companies have the power to do the same.

Working in the factories is a step up for them, it certainly beats working as peasants on a farm. We started that way, too. As the demand for their work increases, the wages and working conditions will also improve. It may be considered exploitation by some, but ultimately these people need to decide for themselves how to improve their lot.

Globalization in ordinary words works if there are loose markets (no tarriffs, quotas, import/export tax, etc.). acceptable this second the international places reaping benefits from globalization are those who're generating something. China and Japan come to thoughts, yet both are wealthy international places. the U. S. remains contained in the lead with the most important GDP second in ordinary words to the total ecu. Globalization (in that's organic sort) in ordinary words hurts the innefficient.

it is another name for imperialism which is what the big industrialized countries do when they wnat to dominate the market or economies of other countries..they do it with third world countries.
globalization dominates and extracts cheap labor from small countries, thereby exploitation happens..
