i am too slim 22.5 waist and at this time i skip meals also because i dont feel like eating

Bloating and water retention.
Over the counter medications work well.

the reason the stomach increases so much during period time is because of what is coming out. you start getting hungrier than usual. we'll my stomach doesn't really increase that much but it still increases. isn't so damn annoying. i think it is because you get hungrier than usual.
