Because of many differences in cultures. There is no possibility that we will all get along. I think that you must stand up for what you think is right. Besides Im sure you would have some issues that you would find unacceptable

The reason why the "Human Race" cannot get along is because everyone is different. If you added the differences of everyone up into a single community, then you are destined to have a disagreement. And if you were to add up the differences of every community that was made up of all these different people with different thoughts and feelings about the similar issues (in general), then you are destined for corruption, deceit, betrayal, murder, conspiracy, etc. The "Human Race" as a biological entity will always be dynamic and subject to change for the survival of that species, even if grouped into a communal society. The question is really, whether or not we can synthesize our ideas to project a better future. This takes a lot of compromise.

We weren't meant to get along. Every race is decended from people who lived in completely different places where it took different ways of life to survive. These instincts are still within us, even though we don't need them for survival anymore because of technology, it makes our personalities and tendencies different from each other. We (at least in the US) are lead to believe all races are equal....if this were true, we'd all look the same, and we'd all get along! I'm not saying any race is better, I'm saying each is different, each has different strengths and weaknesses, each is different because of the environment in which they came from. Different is not bad! I connot think of a way to give an example without pissing someone off....which is quite sad to me because people just can't open their minds....so I'll leave it at that.
