The root of all evil...money...and power! Politicians, unfortunately have a very important, difficult job. It is not easy to please all your constituents and at the same time be powerful enough to get their agenda done. There is a hierarchy behind the walls of congress and it takes a lot of ingenuity to be effective. Then there are the temptations, the bribes, and the many,many offers. It takes a very strong, honest person to be persuasive, maintain his integrity and not give in to dishonesty and corruption.
