well, u can arrange it with some local wholesaler, like some1 you're friendly with or the store you buy your stuff from. u must make sure u get the profit from selling ur sauce, not the store. if itz agreed, then u can go on to print leaflets advertisin ur sauce and then pay the local newspaperman sum extra tips for deliverin them to evry household in ur neighborhood.

sell it at local farmers markets and craft shows. get the buzz that way. then have business cards and a website set up about your sauce - featuring recipes and what not. If you have real confidence in your sauce, enter competitions. Great way to network with people doing the same thing you are. All it takes is getting out there and doing it, so get do it!

If you want to sell to retail you will need a fairly high advertising budget to get it going. To get that you could possibly partner with a larger firm but they are likely to cut you out for a small fee. You could target restaurants and caterers to sell them the non branded product based on samples you give them. This could be a good starting point, especially if you can generate interest from a large chain, e.g. Burger King, or some Steakhouse.
