God contributed the 'life' energy which in turn created everything in this universe. This life energy can manifest in any form 'it' chooses. We have been 'allotted' our human form to play a very important role in assisting other life forms to meaningfully play their roles, and enhance the beauty of this 'creation'.
And Man has been doing it in various ways. Each individual manifests his 'will' through his actions, and contributions. Look at vast researches in bio-technology, 'clones' etc.. Does it not look as if it is within our reach to 'create' what we feel will enhance the beauty of this planet ?

According to 'Genesis' God vcreated the world, after that he stopped creating and he began using things in creation to do what he wanted.
For example, he did not create clothes for adam and eve, he made them from creation. (the Hebrew meaning is different for the word 'create' and 'made')
So under the assumption God created the world, the world can still change, however nothing is created or destroyed.
So continents can shift, DNA can change, planets move, and matter decay.

,consider this: your dad gives you a beautiful sports car, it's all yours to do with as you please, but naturally he expects you to take very good care of it. if you are careless with this car, it will have dents, scratches, broken lights etc. and the inside will be dirty and smell not so good. would you blame all these on your dad?
there are many examples that one can give but it all comes to this: are we sure that God is the one creating bacteria and diseases? look around you. how is God responsible for all the filth and careless living in the earth? how is he responsible for scientific mistakes?

Think about this god is the creator which made us a creation to create that will create what it wants.
The only new thing will be what we create as the new creator on earth.
We realy are the creators of what is around us.
