of course. race and religion are not suppose to be barriers in looking for a real relationship. nowadays we have inter marriages so you don't have to worry about falling for someone who does'nt belong to your place.

Yeah man, you can. We Americans don't hate muslims for the most part. We have some azzholes that hate everybody. I would point out in Kosovo we fought to defend Muslims against supposed Christians.
We just sort of don't like the guys that fly airplanes into our buildings, or strap on explosive belts and blow themselves up in crowded places. But against the religion itself, we don't have a problem. Er, Ann Coulture and Pat Robinson will have to speak for themselves.

i don't know whether friendship between different races &religions grow up inspite of these recent currents, but i wolud like to let you know that it should continue to grow no matter whatever the current affairs would be as it will help to bring down terrorism and improve peace,and also bring in the unity and oneness in all.

Personally, anyone who would bother to find out everyone's specific race & religion before becoming friends with them isn't someone I'd waste my time on. I think that good friendships happen and you continue to learn things about them as the friendship progresses.
