Well, for most women, romance is an important prelude to sex. But they are not the same thing. Romance to be good is quite a long, drawn out thing. For example; one day your man brings you flowers and he says he loves you. That's nice. It give you a really good feeling. The next day, he takes you out to dinner where there is fine food, a great atmosphere and maybe even a violinist playing your favorite song. From the flowers through dinner, that's romance. (It doesn't have to be as elaborate as this, but you get the idea.) When you get home from your romantic dinner, your man takes you in his arms and carries you to the bedroom. This is the transition from romance to sex. I'll leave the rest up to your imagination. I'll only add this, he might rip your clothes off and ravage you on the spot, or he might continue in a romantic vein a bit more, but (Hey, we're only human) he'll want sex as payment of all that romance. No, sex and romance are not the same. And no, sex does not require romance; it's only a nice prelude.

This will be a touchy subject between the genders. Sex doesn't require romance, nor does romance require sex. however Sex with romance can provide a closeness that you can't get any other way as easily. Romanace has many parts, as does sex. Even if you are married everytime you have sex it won't always be about romance. I'm sure I'll have people disagree with me but some people just enjoy sex as sex. You have to understand that not all sex is about emotions and romance and love. some is just about the action. Granted this isn't usually as enjoyable, it still does exist. If you are just doing romanace to get sex then you truly aren't being romanic. You are just bateing your hook and hoping she bites.

Sex and romance are difference and yet can go together like a glove fits the hand. Sex involves physical passion whereas romance involves sensual, emotional and mental growth and pleasure. Furthermore romance usually leads to sex but does not necessarily have to include it. depending on the occasion. Remember this.Romance involves spending time with one another whereas sex can be brief or long. I wish you hope , joy, and peace. Good luck and much wisdom.
