Go Cold Storage - buy some ready cut meat/chicken and cook Black Pepper Steak, set the table - THA DHA........... Romantic what. It took your effort rather than the place/location.

you can try Humble House at the esplanade...
but the price is not cheap...
the sushi tei newly opened at raffles city shopping centre is not a bad place either...

why don't u try to go to malaysia..at danga bay it the most romantic place at johore bahru or u can go to pangkor island at perak it always the romantic place....
