the bear as they are use to hunting in water and as its up to its waist the water would not be deep enough for the dolphin to defend or attack propley.

Dolphins tend to have problems with boxing gloves, but could swim rings around the bear until the food ran out.

The chlorine would kill the dolphin before the bear.

If the dolphin slams the bear in the ribs and breaks a few it might have a chance, but I`d go with the bear
