The movie you're asking about is called "Texas Across The River" and has both Dean Martin, and Alain Delon in it. It's a comedy, and came out in 1966. The link below gives more information on it. I loved Dean Martin...but even more with Jerry Lewis nonsurgically attached to his side! :)
