There are many investors in the American economy with England and Japan leading and just a short time ago, China offered 17 Billion dollars cash for one of our oil companies but the deal was nixxed by Washington. But with the capital we generate by outsourcing creates a great deal of venture capital. In America, a Japanese person can own land (and thus pave the way to legal immigration) but an American can not own land in Japan and this is also true in many countries or in some cases we are allowed to own a minority share...up to 49% which then means we must have a native as a co-investor. We do strange things to safe-guard ourselves.
