i know that feeling i was with sky tv for a year but had a second hand box that was in the property when i moved it and just before christmas it broke they wanted £200 call out fee and then about £200 to fix the problem my bills were always paid on time so why did i get treated like that?
so i went to NTL and haven't had a problem at all
i still get offers from sky put they can shove it where the sun don't shine lol

I phoned them up and said I wanted to reduce the number on channels recieved, cos I don't watch much TV during the summer months. After talking to this nice chap from Sky, he said that I could have the next three months Channels currently on my package, for Seventy Five PENCE a month for the next three months, if I dropped the music channels, so I did, I'm still getting a stack of channels for 75p, not bad at all for the next 3 months for £2. 25 in total, yippee!

ok Here is there realy face they are no better then the next tv cable company and the price your paying now and what they offer new people to join. nah it is not true for long their rates go up too to where they are paying the same price as you. that is one thing that pisses me off about tv companys like that and the stupid scems
I lke messing with them tell them I;ll be there when they ask and then not show up or not answer the door LOL

I think that sucks too. Why don't they offer some kind of special for the loyal customers who pay their bill every month and never get any special deals or offers.

You will get discounts if you fail to renew your contract. They will offer deals to entice you back.
I used to do it constantly. Now I don't bother it's not worth the money.

It may not seem right but it is without doubt a very good marketing ploy.
