most people upload web pages to a web site using the ftp protocol

the easiest way to do this is to download a free ftp program such as CuteFTP or WS_FTP which makes it as easy as copying file from one folder to another

You need to have a FTP software. FTP - File Transfer Protocol..

Smart FTP is a complete freeware software, others are just trials.
