try cruntches and leg lifts. you know what cruntches are...but leg lifts are when you lay on the floor with your hands under your but for support (back support), then holding your legs together, lift them slowly off the ground to about 1 to 2 feet (whereever you are comfortable. start out and do as many as you can to test. Then increase the number as you go. This worked wonders for my abs in military bascs training. If you need more resistance, put some leg weigths on or go to the gym and use one of the ab machines. you need to do some free weights to tone yourself, sometimes people over do it which will stop the weight dropping off. do 3 days of weights in the day also do cardio and eat healthy you will be physically healthy and will loose any fat.

Don't drink diet pops or flavored water . It slows down your matabolism. Drink water. Omit sugars, starches, exercise, walk, swim, ride your bike.

Good diet and good exercises. Can not talk totally out of shape.
