Ignore the idiot who claims to be a Doctor - one look at his answer (and his previously asked questions) confirms that he is not even educated, let alone a Doctor! There are no known STD's that would display symptoms that quickly - HIV certainly would take several months/years to become apparent in any form other than a blood test. Syphilis is the only other STD that could cause swollen glands, and I think you would be showing other symptoms in addition to the swelling if that were the case. This is also a very rare STD in Heterosexuals and therefore highly unlikely to be the cause. Swollen glands can indeed be caused by any local infection though, but go to your doctor if they remain swollen for more than two weeks. The fact that you used a condom means that the chances of you contracting anything nasty are almost nil. Try not to worry as you will end up making yourself ill for no reason!

Your swollen lymph node has nothing to do with the sex you engaged on that night. It wouldn't swell that fast but it could be something else before hand. Observe it for now and if it doesn't subside in a few days time go and see a doctor. There could be an infecton somewhere in your body. You lymphatic system is working by fighting the infection that's why your lymph node is swollen.

A swollen lymph node suggests a foreign antigen has has entered or been presented to your local lymph node. The antigen could be anything from a bacteria, a virus, her vaginal secretions, or even the latex in the condom. Since there are numerous immune "guard" cells just below your epidermis that collect antigens and run to the nearest lymph node, it is difficult to say exactly what the antigen was. If you used the condom correctly, you are almost definitely safe from HIV. You can get some other STD's even if you use a condom....anything from herpes to a bacterial or fungal infection. Go to a doctor, just to be safe.

no lymph gland can swell so quickly .... due to HIV .. all rubbish
you cannot have sex with a girl a night before and get a lymph node enlarged and HIV in the morning ...
go see a doctor if you are having discarge from urethra (white or yellow fluid coming out of your penis tip) or burning while passing urine ....
if it turns out to be an STD, probably acquired it from a whore few days back....
think what did you do last summer .. lolz

Its really not good idea to ask this type of question on here,
You'll get too many different replies and end up feeling more confused and worried,
Its a much better idea to go to a website that specialise in your particular problem, to put your mind at rest,
If it does help i really don't think you have anything to worry about, you did everything right and used protection, and symptoms wouldn't show up that quickly,
I'm the same when it comes to worrying, and i have found talking to a professional, really helps to put your mind at rest,
Please don't worry I'm 100% sure you are fine,
take care and stop worrying

f the swollen lymph nodes do not go away, then I would talk with your doctor about a further evaluation, such as a biopsy of one of the lymph nodes, lab tests for any possible infection problems,
