Exactly that order.
You are probably more likely to feel even see a spirit in your life time...more so than an alien all depends on where you reside...I really truly think that world peace will be least likely too many opinions too much corruption its unfortunate. I really wish it would be the other way around and I hope this world proves me wrong...if we could just figure out that all this conflict of interest is getting us no where then there is a good possibility we could see world peace but other wise I think it's slim to none. As far as ghosts and aliens go yea I think your much more likely to see a spirit or feel a presence that see an alien their sneaky little b@stards lol...of course they have every right to be. I think if extraterrestrials were to ever come to this planet (and they haven't tried to make 'contact' yet because they know how apprehensive we are of everything) we wouldn't know what to do I would assume try to make 'friendly' contact with them...who knows though.

Well, being that I have seen a ghost, but I have never seen an alien or world peace, I'd say that the chances of seeing a ghost are much higher.

Interesting question. Just for dissecting words and their meanings, it's far, far easier to see an alien, since an alien just means "foreign person." As to whether you'll see aliens from OTHER PLANETS before you see peace on Earth, well...yeah...we're likely to undeniably meet extraterrestials a few centuries before we ever see peace on Earth.
I've never seen a ghost, nor do I know anyone who has...but I suspect that we'll see aliens (of the uneartly variety first) and then, possibly see ghosts (if they exist) and will probably live the rest of human existence without ever seeing peace.
Of course if we see aliens, then that will forever rule out the possibility of seeing peace, because as humans, we're just not going to attempt to get along peacefully with somone/something who is different, no matter how peaceful THEY may be.

Seeing the ghost of an alien, taking that ghost to the movies,then having frivolous sex with that ghost, and enjoying a nice breakfast with the alien ghost the morning after.

Definitely you're more likely to see a ghost than an alien (and forget about world peace).

Many people claimed to have seen ghosts and aliens, but nobody have ever seen peace or claimed to have seen peace in the world.
And Goerge Bush and Tony Blair think that to achieve peace in the world, you need to make wars, so what hope do we have?
