well talking about price HP is pretty good and I would say that they might ship it there! if not try to find a local dealer from one of the big PC companies like HP, Dell, Sony, Toshiba<---.

I'm having similar problems, but I'm trying to ship a laptop to my cousin in Ha Noi from the U.S.

It is a pain in the *** to get anything like that into Vietnam unless you carry it with you when you come into the country, which is what you should do. Take a trip to Thailand or Singapore, pick up a laptop there and take it back with you. You're going to pay for the travel, but you will probably pay the same to pay off a government inspector or the high tarriffs.
