why do some women dress very provocatively, then hate it when guys look at them intently??

Cause one dresses up to feel good abt themself.. and not for show casing themself for others.. its a personal choice as how one feels good wearing what attire..

Women dress in competition of other women. It boils down to survival of the fittest. Our appearance is the lead approach in attracting a mate. And from my personal experiences, anyone that dresses like that doesn't "hate" the intentional looks, it may just be who the "looks" are coming from, so they get upset. If the guy doesn't stand a chance, her reaction would be much different than someone she was interested in. Also, I believe self respect would keep them from deliberately dressing in a provocative way, if they were uncomfortable of the response that it gets, but that's a bigger fish to fry...
Now also, we cannot know every person's situation. We (as women) also sometimes have to do what is necessary for our situation. I used to bar tend, and the attire was quite risque, not how I would normally appear in public, but it was work, and I made due with the consequences. I made great money, kept the babies fed, and lived in my comfy blue jeans when I wasn't working. I believe that it's all a choice.

That woman who lives next door, she has nice face, but her body is all wrinkled up. You kow how your dad has that wrinkled thing? Just like that. So, the woman wears nice clothes, with flowers, teddy bear photos etc. And then all the men come to look at her. You saw in carnival how all were looking at the merry go round? And all admired what a nice kid you were. Like that.
But that woman, she does not want to show her wrinkles, so he
does not want anyone to see it? got it?

That's a very good question... LOL I wish I knew.. They dress in a way that everyone notices then they get mad when guys oogle at them.

Now, keep in mind, this is only SOME women, but, they only want certain men to look at them, and if those men don't look, they get just as flustered about it.

i think it depends on the woman's reason on why she prefers to dress like that. some dress like that just to feel good about themselves. some just want to be fashionable. some just want to try out new stuff...the daring ones. they don't intend to attract guys or rather their attentions... i think no woman would like it either. however, to dress just so to let someone notice is a different story. for example you want your boyfriend to get to notice you or some sort. hope this helps:)
