The job comes 2nd to you and your health and happiness , so if your not happy and age on your side i would go for it and try your hand at something else. What have you got to lose.

Hand your notice in and start seriously looking.
Employment agencies can usually get you work pretty much straight away.
I left my job because it was making me unhappy, and was only off for 2 days before getting more work.
I am now temping and loving the variety while i think of my next career move. It makes you feel a lot better.
Or if you are unhappy, why dont you tell your boss. What have you got to lose if you are going to quit anyway. If it has gotten too annoying for you in whatever way, tell them that you are thinking of leaving for this reason, and maybe they will be able to help you out.
Or if you do not feel there is any way out of this situation, just tell them you are handing your notice in and you havent got another job. They will realise that there must be something wrong with the job then, and hopefully improve.
See if you can have an exit interview too, so you can give them feedback, plus it will give you a chance to criticise them.
There is plenty of work around pretty much anywhere usually, so you shouldnt have too much trouble finding work.

Whether you quit your job or not is totally up to you. It is a choice you must make.
The best advice is to never quit a job unless you have another one. I would not make plans to put in my notice, even if it is a month in advance unless you have another job offer waiting for your acceptance. If you do decide not to heed this advice, then do not slack off at work. Continue to work hard at your job, and show your employer that you will continue to give them 100% until your last day. Do NOT just quit your job, or give notice and then just leave before the period of your notice is up. This looks very unprofessional and should you need to use that employer as a reference, they probably will not give you a positive one. Last, but not least, never burn bridges. Something could happen, and you may need to work there again, and leaving on good terms makes it easier to get your old job back should you need to do so.
In closing, if you are unhappy there, then I encourage you to seek new employment. A little change never hurt anyone, but if you have not been there for very long, also bear in mind that it is usually recommended that you stay with an employer for at least one year before you move on to another job. I hope this helps answer your question, and good luck in your job search!

Don't quit your job until you are hired somewhere else.
Don't ever burn your bridges, you may be in a situation where you are forced to ask an old employer for your job back. So give the proper notice before you leave. Most places it is only two weeks. A month's notice seems excessive, but abide by the rules. Unless you are independently wealthy! In which case, why are we having this conversation?

no do not leave until you have something else lined up. in the 1 month notice time you should have been searching for a replacement.

Hey u can quit ur job if ur really frustrated rather just for the sake of it. My personal experience is give a try to make things better in current job for what ever reason that it. If you dont see any other way then u can quit. So ur satisfied that u did ur 100%.

It really depends on what you do and what your skillset is, if you are relatively unskilled then it almost certainly won't matter, if you are highly skilled and those skills are in demand then it won't matter, however if you don't fall in those two categories then I'd wait - I wish I had, I recently quit my job because I thought I had another and it fell through before I got my contract and now I'm finding it tough going.
If you want to start looking try, www.monster.co.uk, www.jobserve.co.uk, www.totaljobs.co.uk, www.jobsin.co.uk, www.reed.co.uk, www.fish4.co.uk and your local paper, local agencies etc.
Good luck with it, either way.

I suggest you start your internet business now. You can decide whether to quite your job or not after you felt the kick of internet business.
Look for an internet that can help your business to grow. A system that can help you to save time and money. Something like what you can find in this site:
