i think... there's no Threat now ... since Norton is good at Detecting and deleting infections.... and If it deleted virus and your partner did System Restore to earilier date.. ( time where your Pc had virus) then Still you don't need to worry... since System restore just backs up Applications or programs.. or Computer Itself HOWEVER DELETED FILES CANNIT BE RESTORED! SO THERE MUST BE NO THREATS...

-- >> But still you may have other Virus.. in your Pc perform Full system Scan with norton, (note: norton is Good Av but Slows down your PC about 50%)... and if threats are Found you know what to do - delete them...
.... Clean up Your Recycle bin.. there's nothing to Worry... FIRST... WITH NORTON SCAN YOUR c:/DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS FOLDER... and C:/windows/ System32 Folder.... before performing Full system Scan since these are placeds where Virus attacks and are Hidden

Well THIS IS THE VIRUS. The virus is giving u a fake message. U can empty the recycle bin nothing will happen to ur windows.CUZ If ur windows system files were deleted u would hav never been able to start ur computer. So there is nothing to worry.

Please make sure that you followed the procedure listed on Symntec's web site for the trojan removal. The antivirus software itself might not ba able to completely remove the infection since there are some registry or manual settings that have to be reversed. Otherwise, the virus is not completely eliminated. Here is the link for this trojan removal process:

http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/trojan.lowzones.html

It is recommended that you follow the above procedure first.

show your computer to one good software engineer so that you could use your pc as soon as possible . But in the mean time don't delete that content in recycle bin

Oke,... sure looks like it. And the problem might have come with system restore,...which generally should be turned off...cos it just takes space.

If your system is online, then try panda active scan,,.... all right. It'll finish anything on your pc,..that is remotely virus-like.

if you have an offline pc,..., turn off system restore, and then re-virusscan it...
