The size we see the moon, can they see the earth like that or does the earth not show?

Yes. From the Moon, Earth looks bigger and brighter than the Moon does from Earth. Here is a really good picture from Apollo 17.

You would be able to see the earth just like how we can see the moon at night.

If the earth is directly in front of the sun when looking from the moon, then no.... you would see a bright ring around a dark circle.

From photos we can't get the proper prospective, but it would look 4-times larger than the Moon looks to us here on Earth.

even as someone in the international is gazing a lunar eclipse, the earth's shadow is falling on the moon. The lineup is this. sunlight----EARTH---MOON. So the fellow on the moon is seeing this. MOON---EARTH---sunlight with the earth in the front of the sunlight. what's that called?
