Get off your asss. The food pyramid is crapp, was created by the dairy industry just to sell dairy products. Look into juice fasting.

How dare people say about sex to you. I will take care of him. Anyway i will give u a good answer. Do cycling for atleast 1 hr a day and reduce your food. Go walking everyday or go to a gym.

.do exercise for atleast 2 hrs a day and dont take oily and heavy food if u feel hungry after having ur meal of the day then take salad or a glass of juice .

get ur self a sauna belt it is really effective and for 15 days just follow diet believe me it will really work, drink lots of water atleast 15 glasses in a day,
