Why are people still starving in North Africa and have been for 20 years.?

Instead of lobbying rich countries for financial help. Resources and energies would be better placed in trying to get the World Bank to print the money and pay for experts to help these people feed themselves. What are they more afraid of: inflation or death!

People have been starving in North Africa/Sudan/Dafur for the past 20 years that I know of. Why don't they move these people to a country in which they can grow their own food, be free from civil war and corupt governments.

We need to stop thinking of "us" and "them" like we are different. If we take down our borders and false beliefs of "countries", we would be far more willing to help our neighbors.

These people breed like flies and will continue to do so whether they have food or not......even the most gormless idiot on the planet must realise that extra mouths require extra food...you can give them money, love and all the care in the world and they will still keep on breeding until we are all extinct with starvation...nothing will happen until the worlds poulation is reduced but it seems that very few can see it judging by the amount of naive and ridiculous statements that short-sighted people make these days...look a little further than the end of your nose

Goverenments are parts of their nations, so if you feel pity about starving ones in North Africa you should refuse your pathetic and hypocratic so called politcorrectness and get back to good old fassion collonial way of treatments for those who cannot help themselves. Peace, order, prosperity, cleanliness and hygiene - all thise valuable things are the outcome of what used to be the collonial protectorate if you deduct greed and pursuit of profit. UN must turn it that way to replace all the failed goverenments in the third world countries IMHO. Everything else is unreaslistic which is proved by decades of experiments.

i wonder why people continually prolong the misery of starving people, orgnisms flourish or die out, depending on their environment.

this is our earth's will.

if the earth has a location which isn't suitable for humans, the best thing to do would be to kill them off, continued reproduction only ensures continual suffering.

it's not like the earth is running out of people.

I also think high offending criminals should be exterminated too, I want my taxes to pay for lethal injections not time in prison.

you cant just mass migrate. thats what borders are for unfortuately. thats what happens when any country stars getting asylem seekers. not a great idea.
as for self sufficient. they dont have a properly organsised (or non corrupt govenments) infrastructure to develop without help from other countries. Also their weather sucks.
