People (Especailly in Aftica, as things are) do not think and just spread there freaking legs. It's so stupid for these people in Africa to keep having kids because of the starvation and diseases. It's not fair to the kids. It doesn't make sense to keep feeding these people, unless they are sterilized first. It's OK not to have kids.

They probably have no access to birth control. Being human they still want to enjoy the person they love just like the rest of us do. Not having kids might help but it's easier to say they should stop than to actually stop.
