Yes, I have except for watching it on ABC, ESPN and ESPN2; Thank Goodness for Univision, those announcers know how to broadcast the World Cup...

If the game starts at 3:00 on a weekday, ESPN, ESPN2 will jump into the game at 3:00, while Univision they have a half hour of pre-game to build up the excitement for the game..
I'd give the Golden Microphone to Univision and Red Cards to ABC, ESPN and ESPN2

No improvement since 1990 for the American channels broadcasting the World Cup other than not showing a commerical each time a goal is scored or injruy on a player

This World Cup has been boring,no underdogs went to the Quarter Finals,no team other than France has scored fantastic goals, all the best teams like Brazil and Argentina are not in the finals, after the Semi Finals the World Cup became European Cup,a lot of cheating, the ref's (not from Argentina and Singapore) are buyers, there were no World Class Players (not Henry and Zidane) were not playing World standard,no good young players and the final reason is World Cup 2002 japan/Korea was better. I hope the next World Cup in South Africa will be better and France will win this World Cup not forgetting Henry or Zidane will win the golden ball

Sour taste mostly - definitely NOT one of the best WC tournaments - half a dozen good games out of a total of 64 DO NOT make for great world cup entertainment. Major bummer!!

I frequently merely watched the matches carefully, with my mom interpreting the newspaper and in ordinary words gazing the highlights (i.e. even as someone scored, or a yellow or pink card changed into given). although, I maximum loved gazing the Germany vs. Italy tournament with my cousins and his different relatives individuals. I loved the outcome, and the actual undeniable actuality that there turned right into a lot action and unpredicted turn-arounds made it a lot extra acceptable. it really is astounding to have some human beings to have a good time with; I hugged my cousin so tightly he ought to have suffocated excellent there. It also befell that the homestead i changed into gazing the tournament in changed into in a community with a variety of of Italians, so some human beings got here out to have a good time the tournament outcome. It turned right into a astounding journey. =D I also concept it changed into astounding gazing all the matches stay in the afternoon, the following in Canada. =D it really is the perfect time to be hyper as long as there is air-conditioning.
